Added Swagger for Castor

A key component of Castor’s character was his transparent swagger stick/cane, which I did not have time to build for the party at Gallifrey.

I decided I wanted to have it to take with me to Worldcon in Glasgow later in the year, which meant it had to be packable in a standard suitcase. After some experimentation with transparent silicone elastic as a shock cord, I was able to build this simple yet effective folding prop!

(Ironically, I left it in my room across the river from the venue when I was MCing the Masquerade in Glasgow, so no one saw it. I’ve used it in several other appearances, however)
